Program Manager, Product Manufacturing, Google Cloud

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

• Enable and optimize product on time delivery by actively managing material, capacity, and product specific levers
• Program manage the sourcing of networking products at global contract manufacturers
• Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory caused by demand reductions, platform transitions, and product moves
• Maintain product capacity, materials and processes
• Drive improvement of product cost baselines
• Collaborate with the manufacturing operations and planning teams to identify and drive opportunities to improve product OTD

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and materials management and planning
• Experience in supply chain operations
• Experience in hardware product supply chain delivery through the entire life-cycle
• Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across multiple levels including with executive leadership

• Reliable and efficient delivery on behalf of CSCO's customers and users
